When Gimp 2.7.3 was released, I have done an unofficial port, but not
with 2.7.4.
You can try this one, be careful, I use an old version of poppler-gtk.

You can clone my mercurial repository:
hg clone https://code.google.com/p/olivier-freebsd-ports/

The Gimp is found in graphics/gimp.
