Some of the ones you noted are already installed in teTeX (in the ports).
If you need to add something new, you can put it in the appropriate
directory under /usr/local/share/texmf/tex/latex/ and then rehash the
directory by running ls-R (/usr/local/share/texmf/ls-R).
