It means that (yet again) someone has changed the contents of the file without actually changing the file name. You can try doing `make makesum' and then `make' again and see if that works, but it's possible that any patches which are applied will fail. You could also try getting the file from ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/distfiles/ and see if that matches the checksum you have.
