Not any more.  This now goes to the Handbook "Obtaining FreeBSD"
section.

Comments about the website and documentation are *much* better served by
sending them to the -doc list (or, better yet, sending them as PRs).  I
tend to skim -chat at the best of times, so this feedback could have
been lost.
