	I can think of a real good reason to remove it from the base system,
namely that *most* FreeBSD users have no need for this. I'd like to cast
my vote along with the person who suggested earlier to make everything
related to qcam a port. I know that I'll be making some changes to my
make files to avoid building this stuff in my make world, so thanks for
bringing this up. :)
