There is a lot of documentation available about how to start creating
FreeBSD ports (http://www.freebsd.org/porters-handbook/). This certainly
is not a rocket science, so I would recommend you to read documentation
and try it out. In the case of any difficulties you can get a help in
this mailing list (ports@FreeBSD.org).

Don't forget to submit resulting port, either using send-pr(1) command
buindled with FreeBSD, or via www interface on FreeBSD website, so
your efforts will not be lost.

Good luck!
