>Description:
The vi's message catalog file stored as /usr/share/vi/catalog/spanish
does not use the ISO-8859-1 codes, so many messages which appear
in the bottom line has funny chars.

>How-To-Repeat:
set environment variable LANG to es_ES.ISO_8859-1

vi <any file>

see messages in the bottom line
>Fix:
I edited /usr/src/contrib/nvi/catalog/spanish.base replacing the
bad chars. Contact me for sending to you that file by e-mail.
