Assuming you do not require an overlay to support your big hard disk
drive, you can install a 'boot manager' to allow booting off the second
disk. On the CD or in /tools on the ftp site, there are two files,
'bootinst.exe' and 'boot.bin'. Grab both files and run bootinst.exe.
Next time you reboot, you'll get a menu which will allow you to boot the
first or second disk.

This program is called 'booteasy' and is what is installed in sysinstall.
