The typical boot CD or floppies support a number of SCSI controllers. SCSI harddrives will be named daX (e.g. da0 for the first SCSI drive). Simply use the drive you wish as the install target. If you encounter a problem booting your install disk, please resend the output of the dmesg boot log that scrolls out on the screen.
