The typical boot CD or floppies support a number of SCSI controllers.
SCSI harddrives will be named daX (e.g. da0 for the first SCSI drive).
Simply use the drive you wish as the install target.

If you encounter a problem booting your install disk, please resend the
output of the dmesg boot log that scrolls out on the screen.  During
install, you can hit scroll lock, then page up to view this text after
FreeBSD has entered sysinstall.
