You might want to look at Apache with FrontPage extensions for FreeBSD.
There is a FreeBSD port for it. If you don't know what a port is, check
out the Ports section of the FreeBSD handbook:

	http://www.freebsd.org/handbook/ports.html

The port you'd want is apache-fp in the www category.
