>Description:
during install, when instructed not to write MBR the install does it anyway. It is not possible to properly restore the MBR using the windows 2000 recovery procedure - I am not sure why.

This is a very serious bug, because it destroys a previous installation of w2k.

Is this fixed in 4.7? I am very leery of trying freeBSD again, after wasting many, many hours trying to get a proper install.

>How-To-Repeat:
Install windows 2000, then install 4.6, specify not to write to MBR.
