>Description:
Freebsd hang at startup while trying to install it.
It hangs just after

ehci0: [GIANT LOCKED]
ehci0: [ITHREAD]

I had this problem with FreeBSD installer CD 7.2 7.3 and 8.0 version.
5.2 works fine.
Maybe a problem with CD Loader 1.2 ?
I tried all BIOS configurations, ACPI disabled / enabled, same issue.
Hope it'll help.

laptop configuration same as in [usb/108509]( http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=108509 )

This notebook cant have setting to disable EHCI or USB .
>How-To-Repeat:
Just insert a FreeBSD installer CD and 7.2/7.3/8.0 hangs.

>Fix:
none
