Do you use ports-all or do you have a lot of refuses. A cvsup of
ports-all at 1030 (1730 GMT) produced the following

 Edit ports/x11-toolkits/gtoolkit/pkg-plist
  Add delta 1.7 2003.07.26.14.41.39 dinoex
Shutting down connection to server
Finished successfully
Generating INDEX - please wait.. Done.
[Updating the portsdb <format:bdb1_btree> in /usr/ports ... - 9019 port
entries found
.........1000.........2000.........3000.........4000.........5000.........6000.........7000.........8000.........9000
..... done]
