Hi,

I have trouble with linux support on my FreeBSD machine. I tried to install
rpm and received the following error message.

checking whether the C compiler (cc -O -pipe ) works... no

This file contains any messages produced by compilers while
running configure, to aid debugging if configure makes a mistake.
