Log:
ghostscript 4.02 for the masses ;-)
- removed two unofficial fixes that went into 4.02 release
- changed version numbers in install dialog to more generic format,
so that it doesn't have to be bumped for every 4.0x release.
- had to remove some more references to libz in unix-gcc.mak
- bumped version numbers in every "verson number contaminated" file
- reordered the PLIST according to a install.log file, to make it
easier to see, if some files has been added in later releases
- rewrote DESC a bit and added two www pointers (official gs site,
english and german gs docu !)
