I know about a shareware PCNFS client. Even two. One was xnfs
and was very unstable. I forgot another's name  but it's pretty
usable, it works both on top of WatTCP (that works over packet
driver) and Winsockets. If you need it, I can look up it's name 
at home (and if you need a somewhat old distribution, I have it too).
