No.  For ISA alone there are several tables with incomplete information.
This would be easy to fix except there are a lot of drivers.

There was once a probe option in userconfig but it was turned off because
it didn't work in all cases.  I think most probes are very invasive but
this is only a problem at autoconfig time in a few cases.
