Ok, I looked it up on D-Link's web site.  It is a 5-port 10/100 switch.
It is not a hub.  Price is nice, but I'd be wary after our experiences
with D-Link hardware last year.  We bought 3 DFE-904 4-port hubs and 2
of them are already dead.  YMMV.
