What does "dead in the water" mean? :) Ezjail just issues a warning at
startup:

WARNING: Per-jail configuration via jail_* variables is obsolete.
Please consider to migrate to /etc/jail.conf.

But it works ok, even smoother than before (don't know ehether it's
because of the new ezjail version or FreeBSD version).
