I have exactly tis sittuatioon here: one disk for Uncle Bill's child (NT4) and another one for FreeBSD, installed AFTER NT was. Just boot from a floppy (it can be a DOS floppy with access to your CD-ROM, or the floppy created by the FreeBSD tools, at the CD-ROM) and follow the instructions on screen. you will soon be asked on which hard drive you want to install Free. in my case the choices given were wd0 wd1 (just to remind you guys and gals, WD stands for Western Digital) Choose the second one and allow FreeBSD to install the bootmanager when it prompts to. Final result: Windows installation untouched. Free installed. the bootmanager will let you choose which disk to use. That's it. Hope it helped.
