Does not compile. On host, still breaks with the exact same message as
first post.

Cannot try with poudriere because:
====>> [02] Starting build of graphics/libfpx
====>> [02] Finished build of graphics/libfpx: Failed: build
====>> [02] Skipping build of graphics/ImageMagick: Dependent port
graphics/libfpx failed

There is no visible change in any aspect of the problem - what other
feedback is requested or can I provide? Latest compile was tried with
compiler called by port Makefile.
