gnats pr-submission mechanism used for bugreporting suxx. The situation is worse that people in charge seem satisfied with this ugly interface that:

1. doesn't limit selection specific FreeBSD releases to a real ones (which makes it easier to search for them later)
2. can't refresh captcha even if your browser doesn't lose the information when session is expired (this forces users to open new page and copy/paste fields manually)

no code blocks, no formatting, but that's barely an issue.
