Hi, I am interested in rewriting the PS/2 mouse driver. I was told it would make more sense to integrate it into the console driver, so before I go any farther, could someone enlighten me about the pitfalls of this. I remember something about probing certain keyboard controllers breaks stuff... Getting rid of the kernel re-compile to add the ps/2 mouse would be a big gain for freebsd...
