I've seen this bug before.
It was on 4.2-RELEASE, as I can remember.
There was running NFS server with quotas and couple of NFS clients.
There was one user with total size of files more than quota of this user.
(Quota was decreesed for this user by admin).
And every time user logins on NFS client NFS server had kernel panics.
Dump backtrace was very similar to this.
