I am sorry that it appeared that I was trying to turn people away from -questions. That was not my intent. I think I provided answers and/or pointers to answers. I personally prefer pointers to answers. That way, I learn more. I did not intend to turn anyone away. If it appeared that way, I am sorry. I will be more careful in the future. I did not read the charter carefully. I looked at it, but, did not remember the last sentence.
