>Description:
xmms2 curl plugin is broken if xmms2 is built against curl >= 7.16 (curl.4).

#xmms@freenode: "XMMS2 and libCURL 7.16.1 and 7.16.2 are seriously broken. use 7.15.5 and wait until fixed upstream."
>How-To-Repeat:
1. Build xmms2 against curl.4
2. xmms2 will fail to play any streams that rely on curl interaction
>Fix:
Prevent the use of libcurl dependency if curl.4 is installed.
If curl.3 is installed, then xmms2 built against it will work.
