I noticed that the Central European Standard Time (CEST) abbrevation is shortend to CET
in the 3.3-RELEASE version of FreeBSD.

1st:	Is this a conformity to international standards or is something wierd with my date output?
2nd:	How do I patch this change on a 3.2 based machine (assuming there's nothing wrong with
	the date output)?

Thanks in advance!

/D
