Well, bad news.  The newpcm drivers in 4.0 don't support full duplex
mode at all.  4.1 and -stable support it (but I've never actually had it
work), unfortunatly we have made significant modifications to the 4.0
kernel which make upgrading a pain so I havn't really done much testing
with 4.1 or -stable.
