I have now FreeBSD 4.9-RELEASE installed on that machine (as i know it has no ia64 support).
And it doesn't define the processor typy correctly. When i installed the
FreeBSD-5.2.1-RELEASE i386 it defined the processor. I tried to cvsup to ia64 architecture
by building world from src. Is it really possible?
I'll send you the real hardware list as it is written in the letter i wrote you before.
