This was just a MFamd64 of r204214 -- at that point i386 and amd64 had
separate busdma_bounce.c files with different sets of bug fixes. I
don't think I ever fixed any new bugs; I just merged fixes between the
two architectures and then (once they were identical) replaced them by
a single x86 file (in r216316).

This particular bug fix came from gibbs.
