The "list all ports for one maintainer" page is broken.  It seems that the
user@email.addr is being converted to user%40email.addr which may be breaking
the look-up.

Visit http://portsmon.freebsd.org/portsconcordanceformaintainer.py
Enter a maintainer's email address.
Watch it say "No ports found".
