Upgrading portupgrade via portupgrade has always worked for me.

If you're paranoid though, you can always do:

	cd /usr/ports/ports-mgmt/portupgrade
	make && make deinstall && make reinstall
=09
=2E..which is the essence of what portupgrade does anyway, minus all the=20
extra stuff ;)
