Hellow,

It seems that there is a significant changes in the kernel architecture for
2.2 release. The most I'd like to know is the ARP part. The ATM arp works well
in 2.1.5 release, but fails in 2.2-SNAP.
If some one would tell me what is core change for the ARP, so I can make
corresponding change in the ATM, it will be appriciated.

Please let me know any other changes may be relate or cause such problem.

Thanks,

	-Jin
