You went from FAST machines to SLOW machines?  Why in earth would you do
that?

I got it working after some hackery.  I didn't want to spend time on it,
but once I started hacking on it I couldn't stop.

Yeah, the previous version did things much easier.  Oh well, my results
are now sent off to Larry.  If you want the code, it's where it is
mentioned in the email you just sent.
