Hello,
your problem is that you did not made a link between /dev/cuaa0 and 
/dev/mouse so....
1) ln -sf /dev/cuaa0 /dev/mose
2) find the protocol of your mouse (generaly option 6 in xf86config,mouse 
opt)
after that your mouse should work.
By the way /dev/psm0 is for ps/2 mouse types.
