You can get them from:

1)  The Internet at ftp.freebsd.org in /pub/FreeBSD/2.1.5-RELEASE.
2)  ON CD from Walnut Creek (http://www.cdrom.com).

Check out the file INSTALL in the 2.1.5-RELEASE directory (or the cover
booklet on the CD); it tells you how to layout your directory structure.
