Or, even less combatatively:

"Movie FX company chooses FreeBSD for overall reliability"

Then in the article you can have a paragraph saying how Linux was
evaluated and FreeBSD chosen instead, even though the renderman binary
was a Linux one.  Even if it just states reasons of personal
preference for this, it's fine.  Just so long as it's not in the
headline or makes claims that Linux is somehow less reliable in
general (stating a preference is not the same as making bold claims),
we're fine.
