Now only ifconfig, route, and netstat support INET6 on the
current.  To support other tools, INET6 related library
functions are need to be added into libc.(which was provided
as independent static link library in KAME)

Very INET6 specific patches are already prepared and under the
review.  getaddrinfo() and getaddrname() is not yet, but I'll
also prepare them.

And after those libraries are prepared, porting KAME tools
onto current won't be difficult.
