Dream on.  This commit didn't even document what OpenBSD changed.

The directory layout was spammed away from the CSRG layout in 1995,
by committing a large, wrong submitted set of patches (almost?) verbatim.
As you can see from the rev. numbers of the new files, this commit
unspams the directory layout.  But this leaves the history doubly
spammed, and it seems unlikely that OpenBSD picked up [[m]any] of the
large, wrong 1995 patches or subsequent changes.  The diffs (-u2) for
the subsequent changes were a measly 2693 lines (not counting new
files).
