no it doesnt.... been doing that for an hour or so.

my .licq/licq.conf has:
Server1 = 205.188.153.97

Server2 = 205.188.153.100
Server3 = 205.188.153.103

Played with these figures alot.... used nslookup icq.mirabilis.com to get
'em.
