Here's what I have in my sudoers file: df ALL=NOPASSWD: /sbin/umount /cdrom,\ /sbin/mount_cd9660 -o nosuid\,nodev /dev/acd0c /cdrom This means `df' can mount and unmount the cdrom. And I have a couple of scripts, `cdrom+' and `cdrom-', which contain the allowed commands above. As you see, I don't need a password or anything to mount the cdrom (NOPASSWD).
