well, after a cvsup/buildworld/kernel/install & merge, still the same problem: sis0: flags=8843<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 1500 ... ether 00:00:00:00:00:00 media: Ethernet autoselect (100baseTX <full-duplex>) status: active I guess this could use a PR, but I have never done one, so I am not sure what needs to be done. In the meantime, I am just going to use other nics to get this working, but if anyone wants to look into this, I will provide all the info I can. the setup again is a ASUS TUSI-M mb with the sis630et chipset.
