I have a 3C509 ethernet card that works just fine at port 300 and
irq 10 but that conflicts with my Mitsumi IDE CDROM. I have seen
reference to a 3c5x9cfg utility but don't know how it works or
where to find it. I think all I need to do is set the card to
some other unused port and irq and reconfig the kernel and it should
be all fine. but how to set the card is what I can't figure out.

Thanks,
Terry Todd
