Subject:   Can Firewall prevent streaming video/audio ?

(I'm new to FBSD and Firewalls)
Is there a way to allow clients to browse the internet but prevent them
from starting incoming  video or audio streaming ?
I don't want production bandwidth tied up by the latest Top 40
countdown.
