lat year TFS payed 200,000 for a CM system
(then threw it away.. I would have rather used CVS, and they had a
perfectly usable (if a bit slow) system already..)

that's 10,000 for 40 users..
that's only 250 per user..ONCE
a large company will budget 20,000 PER EMPLOYEE over a 3 year period
in such things
