True.  So very true!

Especially those among cleaning personnel who do not speak or
understand the native language of the place >:-)

You might also want to check the handbook.  The chapter entitled
"Kernel Debugging" describes how to build a kernel with debugging
information, and what to do in order to acquire a crash-dump when it
crashes.  Then, in "Post-Mortem Analysis of a Dump" you'll find out
how this dump can be used to debug the crash.
