R u have ports collection ? check /usr/ports/*
If u have it, put your archive to /usr/ports/distfiles &
then come to /usr/ports/security/tcp_wrapper & type make ( or make install
& then make clean or make all )
# cd /usr/ports/security/tcp_wrapper
# make all
