If you have an installation cd, kde should be on it. From root type /stand/sysinstall to get back into the installation/config program use it to install the kde packages that are on the CD. Or you can do it manually by cd'ing into the packages directory on the CD after mounting it. Installing the package from cd-rom will work without an internet connection.
