Packages may be missing because some dependence has failed; in this
case, you have to build them as ports.

You can run `portupgrade -NP mail/imp', and it will use packages when
possible.

It is also possible to set PACKAGESITE to
http://pointyhat.freebsd.org/errorlogs/i386-4-packages-full/All/
in order to get more packages.
