I don't think it will take 20 days.  Chris already has a patch for doing the
physical shuffling of bits around up for review, and the other non-whitespace
changes he has already done, so it shouldn't take him very long to get those
checked in either.  However, best to let Chris say what kind of timeline he
expects.

I think that the reorg might very well be done before the release now that the
release is pushed back.  If we only had one week until release, I would agree
with this, but I think we have the time, however, I don't feel too strongly
about this.
